Attendance Reporting
Please use this form to let us know about your child’s attendance.
You can report an absence, a late arrival, an early pickup—or update us with a doctor’s note or additional details after an attendance event has already been reported.
If you're reporting for more than one child, no need to fill this out twice—you can include them all here.
🌿 A quick note on excused absences:
Each student is allowed up to 5 parent-reported illness days per year, and these 5 absences will be counted as Excused. After the 5, a note from a doctor or health care provider is required to Excuse additional days.
You’ll receive a daily email notification any time your child is marked absent—whether Excused or Unexcused.
